The website under the domain www.performancemedia.pl has informative nature („Site”).
Administrator of the Site is the company Performance Media Sp. z o.o. („Performance Media” or „Company”) with registered office in Warsaw at ul. Idzikowskiego 19, 02-704 Warsaw, entered in the register of the National Court Register kept by the XIII Commercial Division KRS SR for the Capital City of Warsaw under the KRS number 0000253394, Tax Identification Number (NIP) 521-33-88-65, Polish National Business Registry Number (REGON) 140548494.
Apart from informational and promotional data the Site contains a form allowing to send questions to Performance Media regarding the provided services and the Company's offer („Form”).
Personal data disclosed in the Form will be processed in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws of 2015,2135 No. 101, item 926 as amended) upon the user/potential customer declaring consent for their use and processing. The consent is granted by ticking the appropriate box in the Form.
